Mrs. Wynelle Whitlock Kelley, age 90, of Toccoa, GA, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

The daughter of the late Robert Tillman and Sarah Vickery Whitlock, she was born April 21 ^st , 1932 in Stephens County, where she lived all of her life.

Wynelle was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church.  She was a former employee of Coats and Clark, worked for 8 years with Stephens County School System as a Paraprofessional, and retired after 17 years of service with Milliken – Avalon Plant.  Wynelle was the last member of her immediate family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by her husband, Harold Franklin Kelley; Bobby J. Whitlock (brother); Sara Whitlock (sister-in-law); Hugh Dwayne Whitlock (brother); Gerald W. Whitlock (brother); Peggy Defoor Whitlock (sister-in-law); Lynda Burgess Kelley (daughter-in-law); and Linda Harris Kelley (daughter-in-law).

Survivors include her son and daughter-in law, Terry and Polly Kelley of Cherokee, North Carolina; son, Anthony Kelley (Tony) of Hoschton, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Dean Reid of Toccoa, GA; grandchildren, Heather and Milenko Zurita of Waverly Hall, GA, Kelli and Cody Bollinger of Toccoa, GA; and great grandchildren, Aiden Franklin Bollinger, Addilyn Brooke Bollinger and Dante Ove Zurita.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm on Monday, August 29, 2022.

Graveside services will be held at one o'clock on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Alan Cole officiating.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Terry Kelley, Tony Kelley, Dean Reid, Cody Bollinger, Ronnie Whitlock and Paul Whitlock.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rock Creek Baptist Church or to a charity of choice.
