Mrs. Wailing Cynthia Li, age 69, of Toccoa passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Stephens County Hospital.

Born September 20, 1955 in Hong Kong, she was the daughter of the late Tang Yim and Chau Suit Ying.

Mrs. Li was an LPN, and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Family members include her husband, "Derrick" Mansing Li, of Toccoa; son, Simon Li; daughter-in-law, Grace Yuen; grandchildren; Lee Yun Teak and Lee Yun Yui; brother, Tang Kai Tang; and sisters, Tina Wong and Helen Lee.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 12noon – 7pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025, and at St. Mary Catholic Church from 11am until the service time on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Memorial mass will be held at one o'clock Saturday, February 22, 2025 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Henry Pham officiating.

Flowers are optional.  Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, 231 Rothell Road Extension, Toccoa, GA  30577.
