Rex Dooley

Mr. Timothy Rex Dooley, Sr. age 62, of Eastanollee, GA, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born August 20, 1962 in Toccoa, he was the son of Barbara Bell Dooley and the late Clyde Owen Dooley.

He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and attended The Pointe Church.  Rex was employed with Tugalo Gas Company as a service manager.

Family members include his wife, Fredda Harrison Dooley; son, T. R. Dooley (Grayson); his mother, Barbara Bell Dooley; sister, Elizabeth Dooley Caldwell (Mike); brother, Terry Dooley (Jill); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Fred and Barbara Harrison; brother-in-law, Benji Harrison (Thomasyne); and a number of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Dooley; and by his sister, Gail Charles.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Dr. Jamie Smith and Pastor Chad Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Dennis Bell, Russell Biggers, David Bell, Derek Bell, Glenn Alewine, and Kevin Bell.
