Mr. Tim Williams, age 65, of Eastanollee, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 at The Oaks of Baldwin.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2022 in the Chapel at Whitlock Mortuary in Toccoa, with interment following at Stephens Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Roy Bainey will officiate.  Military honors will be provided by the American Legion.  The family will receive friends 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Whitlock Mortuary.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Sparks Bowers, Kerry Bowers, Shane Williams, Shannon Williams, Jeff Williams and Greg Stacy.

Mr. Williams was born November 18, 1957 to the late David Bryant & Alma Easom Williams in Toccoa.  A member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church, Tim never met a stranger and was loved by everyone and them "My Friend".  Though, he was born with Downs Syndrome, he was a very "special" person to all his family and friends.  He never acted as though he wasn't any different than anyone else.  Tim was a True Patriot and was made an honorary member of the United States Army by the local Toccoa Army Recruiter in 2018.  He was a huge Georgia Football fan and enjoyed following their games.

Mr. Williams is survived by his brother & sister-in-law, Larry & Janice Williams of Toccoa; sister & brother-in-law, Faye & Bill Bowers of Suwanee; and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Harold Williams; and sister & brother-in-law, Ardell & Bill Crawford.
