Mrs. Tammy Newman LaBorde, age 62, of Toccoa passed away Monday, July 22, 2024 at her home.

Born June 5, 1962 in Augusta, GA, she was the daughter of the late William "Willie" Alvin and Betty Pierce Newman.

Mrs. LaBorde was a server at Waffle House, and was of the Baptist faith.

Family members include her daughters, Sebrina Newman Canady (Dustin) of Toccoa, Emily Sara Payne (Colton) of Eastanollee, and Jessica Garland; grandchildren, Lucas Canady, Danica Canady, Emmett Oland, Maizee Payne, Jax Cash, Millani Cash and Nicholas Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
