Mr. Steven Patrick Cullen, age 27, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Born May 18, 1998 in Biddeford, ME, he was the son of Christine Parsons Comeau and Steven Michael Cullen.
Steven was saved and baptized at 10 years old at Hill Street Baptist Church.  He was employed with AT&T as an inspector.

Steven left behind many loving family members including his parents, Christine Parsons Comeau and Steven Michael Cullen; fiancé, Katelyn Short and their children, Marielynn Short, Oliver Cullen, and Norah Cullen; grandmother, Celine Cullen; Aunt and Uncle, Lenore and Phill DeLaine; sister and brother-in-law, Lenore Cullen and Allen Collins; brothers and sister-in-law, Peter Comeau and Jessica and Michael Comeau; sisters, Sharon Parsons and Donna Comeau; nieces and nephews, Brittney Comeau and John Massey and Peter Comeau, Jr. and Caitlin Greenway; along with numerous other loved ones.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Gary Knight officiating.

Cremation will follow.
