Ms. Stephanie Danae Phagan, age 35, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Born April 29, 1990 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Donna Gail Randall Cheek.

Ms. Phagan was a cook at various restaurants, and was of the Christian faith.

Family members include her grandfather, Wayland Randall, of Toccoa; sister, Malena Dawn Kave (Matthew), and nephews, Draven Toothman, Caleb Toothman and Joel Robles; aunts, Denise Phillips, Danita Griffin (Keith), Damina Harvey (Ricky) and Dawon Black; and numerous cousins.  She is also survived by two birth daughters, Alexis Collins (parents, Bradley and Elizabeth Collins, and brother, Ricky Collins), and Kyler Phagan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Doris Randall, and uncle, Randy Phillips.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6pm – 8pm Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Thursday, December 4, 2025 from the Chapel at Whitlock Mortuary with Pastor Tim Crunkleton and Pastor Leon Miller officiating.

Burial will follow at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Daniel Griffin, Dustin Griffin, Dillan Griffin, Denver Griffin, Derrick Harvey and Daryl Black.  Daren Black will serve as honorary pallbearer.
