Stephanie Michelle Kelley, age 46, of Eastanollee, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at her home.

Born May 27, 1976 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of Barbara Williams Richardson and the late Fred Eugene Kelley, Sr.

She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Family members include her mother, Barbara Richardson of Eastanollee; brothers, Freddie Kelley and Wendell Kelley; sisters, Kimberly Hulett and Leyna Jordan; nieces and nephews that she dearly loved; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
