Mrs. Sharon Diane Maxwell Stewart, age 72, of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at her home.

Born April 12, 1952 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late James Payton and Mildred Henderson Maxwell.

Mrs. Stewart was a retired pharmacy assistant at Stewart's Drug Store, and was of the Baptist faith.

Family members include her granddaughter, Ashton Ward; sister, Linda Bennett; brother, Payton Maxwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jo Frank Stewart, and her son, Chadwick M. Ward.

A celebration of life service will be planned at a later date.
