Mrs. Sandra Turner Martin, age 73, of Lavonia, GA passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at her home.

Born November 1, 1946 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Hardwick Watson Turner and Hazel Ruth Tucker Turner.

She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and was retired from Kautex.

Family members include her daughter, Sharon Taylor of Lavonia; step-sons, Shawn Martin and Corey Martin; step-daughter, Angela Banks; grandsons, Brandon Taylor, Kyle Taylor, and Kain Taylor; great-grandson, Elijah Taylor; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Marie Turner; sister, Lynn Morgan;  step-grandchildren, Brittany Martin, Christopher Martin, Katie Martin, and Austin Martin; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Leonard Richard Martin; sons, Roger Dale Taylor and Terry Taylor; sisters, Janice Bailey Ward, Gwen Tyler, and Joanne Jones.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be receiving friends or having a public service at this time.

The family will have a private graveside service at Mullins Ford Baptist Church Cemetery.

Burial will follow.

A memorial service to celebrate Sandra's life will be held at a later date.
