Mr. Ronald David Ard, age 59, of Martin. GA, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born October 29, 1964 in Bessemer, Alabama, he was a son of Billie Ruth Syphurs Berryhill and Kolb Berryhill.

David was a United States Navy Veteran and of the Christian Faith.  He worked as a national sales manager for Valiant Steel.

Family members include his wife, Lisa Butfiloski Ard; daughters and a son-in-law, Taylor Marie Ard, and Alexa Anne Richardson and BJ; son and daughter-in-law, Rivers Allen Bertolini and Cindy; grandson, "TMan" Richardson; a brother and sister-in-law, Tim Ard and Kelsie; and a niece, Chloe Grace Ard.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 2pm until the service hour on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

Memorial services will be held at four o'clock, Thursday, September 12, 2024 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating.

The family has requested that those in attendance for David's service to please dress casually, as that is what he would have wanted.
