Mr. Roger Thomas Mattison, age 64, of Martin, GA, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart in Lavonia.

Born March 13, 1957 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Thomas Isadore Mattison and the late Inez Allison Mattison Stowe.

Roger was a Christian and a Mason.  He loved hunting, fishing, and was an avid camper.  Roger was employed with Tugalo Gas Company.

Family members include his wife, Cindy Smith Mattison of the home; sisters and a brother-in-law, Sandra Ivester of Toccoa and Tommie Ann Hime and Allen of San Antonio, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Van Mattison and Lorraine of Toccoa; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Wanda Allison and John of Bonaire, GA; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat, Daisy.

Graveside services will be held at four o'clock Monday, September 20, 2021 at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Wayne Marcus officiating.

Burial will follow.

Flowers are optional.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, P. O. Box 1525, Ranson, WV 25438.
