Mr. Roger Delane Land, age 81, of Milledgeville, GA, formerly of Toccoa, GA, passed away June 29, 2020.

Born June 22, 1939, he was the son of the late Doyle and Thelma Land of Martin, GA.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Land of Gough, GA.

Local survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Robbie Jean and Bruce Thomas of Toccoa.

Roger grew up in Stephens County and lived most of his life in Waynesboro, GA.  He was a Veteran of the United States Armed Services.  In his later years, he was a resident at the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville, GA. He was laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.

West Cobb Funeral Home in Marietta, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
