Roberta Gloria Coblens, 85, wife of Ronald Coblens, of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at her home.

A native of Bronx, NY, Mrs. Coblens was the daughter of the late Michael and Rose Wurmbrand. She retired as an executive assistant and was of the Jewish faith.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Coblens is survived by her son: Richard Coblens (Janet) of Williamston, SC; grandchildren: Michael Barrett (Cayla), Leigh Crisp (Brandon), Max Coblens, Megan Coblens and Marli Coblens; and great-grandchildren: Kayla Crisp, Ben Crisp, Henry Barrett and Harvey Barrett.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Coblens was preceded in death by her brother: Morty Wurmbrand (Althea) and her daughter: Robin B. Barrett.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Whitlock Mortuary in Toccoa, Georgia.

Followed by a Cryptside service at 3:00 PM at Roselane Cemetery and Mausoleum in Toccoa, Georgia, with entombment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

The family is at their respective homes.
