Mr. Robert Whitlock, age 86, of Preston, Connecticut, formerly of Toccoa, passed away.

He was born in August of 1939 in Madison County, GA to the late Jeff Virgil "J.V." Whitlock, Sr. and the late Mary Lou Wehunt Whitlock.  Robert has lived in Connecticut since 1960.

Family members include his wife, Bonnie Heffner Whitlock; a daughter, Kimberly Whitlock Richards; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Lois Whitlock of Toccoa; three brothers, Joe Whitlock of Carnesville, Winston Whitlock of Toccoa, and Grady Whitlock of Toccoa; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Lamatine Whitlock who passed away at childbirth, James Edward Whitlock, Sr., and Jeff Virgil "J.V." Whitlock, Jr.
