Mr. Robert Alan "Bob" King, age 76, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

Born February 2, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of the late Richard Francis and Eleanor June Weiland King.  Bob was of the Lutheran Faith and owned and operated Buy The Tracks Antique Store before his retirement.

Family members include his sons, Robert Douglas King of Gainesville, GA and Dr. Stephen King of Calhoun, GA; daughter, Bethany Lynn Strickland of Toccoa; brothers, Richard King of Gainesville, GA and Michael King of Toccoa; sisters, Carol King of New Baltimore, MI and Kathy King of Quaker City, OH; grandchildren, Linda Rose King of Gainesville, Benjamin Wiley King, and Emma Jettie King both of Calhoun; and his step-children, Mark Lewallen of Cleveland, GA, Brian Echols of Oakwood, GA, and Michael Echols of Gainesville, GA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Howey King.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 3 pm until 4pm Friday, April 30, 2021.

A memorial service will follow at four o'clock Friday, April 30, 2021in the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Roland Vega officiating.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed.  Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.
