Rebecca Waldrop Walters, age 78, of Cumming, GA, formerly of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Seasons Hospice in Cumming, GA.

Born November 16, 1942 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the R. L. Waldrop and the late Viola Hammett Waldrop Gowan.

She was a member of Eastanollee Baptist Church and was a homemaker.  Becky was a devoted wife, mother, and nana.

Family members include her husband, Randy Walters of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Kevin Waller of Cumming; son, Connon Walters of Dawsonville; granddaughters, Caroline Waller and Lindsay Waller; sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary Deaton and Ann and Johnny Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Susan Waldrop; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melanie McCallister; her parents; sisters, Evelyn McYlea and Sherry Clark.

Graveside services will be held at two o'clock Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Eastanollee Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Harold Walters officiating.

Burial will follow.
