Mrs. Rebecca Jo "Becky" Kovacic Hooper age 71, of Toccoa, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021 at Prism Health in Greenville, SC.

Born June 13, 1950 in Toccoa she was the daughter of the late Rocco Joseph and Bernice Mae Queen Kovacic.

She was a member of the Toccoa First Baptist Church and was a reporter and photographer with the Toccoa Record.

Family members include her husband, David Hooper of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Tim Caudell of Commerce, Nikki and David Pressley, and Jodi Hooper all of Toccoa; grandchildren, Blake Caudell, Kylie Caudell, Lana Pressley, Danica Pressley, and Lorelai Pressley; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and George Allen of Toccoa; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at three-thirty Friday, August 27, 2021at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. David Ritcey and the Rev. Brett Sanders officiating.

Burial will follow.

David Pressley, Tim Caudell, Blake Caudell, Stephen Orr, Matt Allen, and Marty Allen will serve as pallbearers.
