Mr. Ray Jones Payne, age 79, of Eastanollee, passed away Monday, June 10, 2024 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA.

Born September 24, 1944 in Toccoa, he was a son of the late Ruby Williams.  Mr. Payne was of the Baptist Faith and retired from Coats & Clark.

Family members include his daughters and a son-in-law, Brenda and Richard Smith and Angie Canady; grandchildren and spouses, Cody and Ashley Smith, Ashley Canady, Blake and Lauren Canady, and Hope Canady; great-grandchildren, Colt Smith, Parker Smith, Skylar Canady, Ryen Martin, Jordan Canady, Kylee Holbrook, Layton Thompson, and Kesleigh Thompson.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Crystal Payne and a brother, Charles Payne.
