Mr. Ray Leroy Bell, age 72, of Toccoa, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born May 17, 1948 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late David Luther and Alma Lee Camp Bell.

He was a member of Zebulon Baptist Church and was retired from Coats & Clark with 48 years of service.

Family members include his wife Joyce Hicks Bell; daughter, Angela Bell; son, Daniel Bell; brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law, John Hicks and Patsy, Bill Hicks, and Don Jones.

He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Carolyn Bell.

Cryptside Services will be held at three o'clock Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Roselane Cemetery Mausoleum with the Rev. Roger Elrod officiating.

Entombment will follow at Roselane Mausoleum.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Sammy Ivester, Hal Atkinson, Jackie Carter, John Hicks, Tim Hicks, and Ray Payne.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 1:30pm until the service on Saturday.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed.  Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
