Mrs. Patricia Dianne Cole Dooley, age 72, of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton, GA.

Born February 2, 1952 in Toccoa, she was a daughter of the late Marvin Weldon and Willie Nell Tucker Cole.

Mrs. Dooley was a member of Toccoa Church of Christ. She was a Psychiatric nurse practitioner and retired from Avita Community Partners.  She worked in the nursing field for over 40 years.

Patricia received her LPN in 1974, RN and ADN in 1987, BSN in 1989 and MS RN FNP-BC in 2004.  She earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and was the recipient of the Northeast Georgia Technical College Hall of Fame Award.

In her free time, she loved spending time in the Smoky Mountains and gem mining with her daughter.

Family members include her daughters, Stephanie Blanton (Jimmy) of Peachtree City, GA, and Heather Dooley (Cynthia Hanna) of Jacksonville, FL; a grandson, Dakota Blanton; sister, Marce Barrett (Doug), Shirley Carter; nephews, Andy Barrett (Charlene), Tony Barrett (Denise) Terry Carter and Gene Carter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Owen Dooley.
