Mr. Michael Thomas Farmer, age 65, of Toccoa, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born December 12, 1954 in Commerce, GA, he was a son of Glenn Thomas Farmer and the late Doris Wilbanks Farmer.

He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from Dempster.  Michael was a car enthusiast and he enjoyed riding motorcycles.  He had also earned his 3 ^rd degree Black Belt in Karate.

Family members include his daughter and son-in-law, Jonnie and Aaron McGiveron of Oregon; son, Ethan Farmer of Oregon; sister, Debbie Heaton of Toccoa; niece, Kim Weaver; nephew, Brian Pace; and his best friend, Kent Garrison of Toccoa.

Mr. Farmer's wishes were to be cremated.

Inurnment will be at 1pm Tuesday, July 28, 2020 Roselane Mausoleum.
