Mrs. Maria Guadalupe Cepeda Lerma, age 74, of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Northeast Georgia Medical in Gainesville.

Born October 4, 1949 in Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Porfirio and Maria de la luz Gonzalez Cepeda.

Maria was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

Family members include her husband, Gerardo Lerma; her children, and their spouses, Gerardo Lerma and Imelda, Graciela Lerma, Rigoberto Lerma and Bertha, Angel Lerma and Olivia, Sonia Lerma, Eduardo Lerma and Silvia, Porfirio Lerma and Carla, and Cesar Lerma and Lesley; and her grandchildren, Imelda Lerma, Sari Lerma, Gerardo Lerma, Jonatan Gonzalez, Christian Gonzalez, Jessica Gonzalez, Phillip Gonzalez, Crystal Gonzalez, Leslie Lerma, Samantha Lerma, Jairo Lerma, Jordy Lerma, Arly Lerma, Joshua Torres, David Bachas, Dulce Alvarez, William Alvarez, Evan Lerma, Nathan Lerma, Vannesa Lerma, Aaden Lerma, Aaron Lerma, and Sophia Lerma.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 9am until the service hour on Saturday, March 23, 2024

Funeral services will be held at eleven o'clock Saturday, March 23, 2024 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with Bishop Christian Roman officiating.

Her sons will serve as pallbearers.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.
