Mrs. Margaret Louise Whitlock Farmer, age 84, of Toccoa, GA, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022 at her daughter's home.

Born November 30, 1937 in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Ira T. Whitlock and Pearl Bennett Whitlock.

Mrs. Farmer was a member of Tom's Creek Baptist Church and worked for Coats and Clark for many years.

Family members include her daughter Donna J. York (Tim) of Toccoa; son Jason Sullens (Sandy) of Toccoa; grandchildren Buffy Cobb (Chad), Tlicia Jones, Jessica Sullens, James York, and Hagan Farmer; great-grandchildren Bryson Cobb, Kelsie Cobb, Kristen Anderson, Justin Wilson, Bailee Jones, Natalie Jones, Micah Jones, Elijah Jones and Bryiar Sullens; great-great-granddaughter Madison Ann Cobb; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Thomas Farmer; daughter Delores Bonnie Whitlock; grandchildren Vince Armour and Kristy Fain; and sisters Bonnie Franklin, Evelyn Tramell and Madira Whitlock.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 5:00 – 8:00 Tuesday, September 13, 2022, and from 3:00 until the service hour Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at four o'clock Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty and Mr. Ben Glaze officiating.

Burial will follow at Roselane Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Bryson Cobb, Mark Dixon, Joey Dickerson, Ethan Partain, Jade Shackleford, James York, and Les Jones.  Chris Cobb will serve as honorary pallbearer.
