Margaret Ann Ellard Lovell, age 74, of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Born August 24, 1949 in Toccoa, GA, She was a daughter of the late Claude Ellard and Eunice Lee Posey.  Ms. Lovell was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith. She deeply loved her family, and enjoyed birdwatching, and growing flowers in her garden.  Her greatest love was being Nana.

Family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Tony Erwin of Flowery Branch, GA; a son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Shelly Shedd of Mineral Bluff, GA; a sister, Claudine McCallister of McCaysville, GA; two brothers, Richard Posey and Allan Posey, both of Calhoun, GA; her grandchildren, Erin Martin and her spouse Rusty, Kyle Erwin, Amandah McCann and her spouse Spencer, Darren Shedd, Jr., Katrina Shedd, Kaelynn Shedd, Ezikial Sales, Shianne Baker, and Wesley Sales; four great-grandchildren, Averi Dream Martin, Logan Ray McCann, Carolina Harper McCann, and Aslan Sales.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 11:30 AM until the funeral hour on Saturday, October 28, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at one o'clock Saturday, October 28, 2023 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary, 120 Rose Lane, Toccoa, GA 30577.

Burial will follow at Rock Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 3729 Rock Creek Road, Toccoa, GA 30577.

A celebration of life will also be held on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 3pm until 5pm at the residence of Darren and Shelly Shedd, 767 Marble City Road, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559.
