Lucille Westbrook O'Kelley, age 91, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the Oaks Nursing Center in Baldwin.

Born July 9, 1928 in Stephens County, she was the daughter of the late A. C. and Eula Brown Westbrook.

She was a member of Hillstreet Baptist Church and was retired from Wrights Manufacturing.

Family members include her children, Gloria Thomason of Toccoa and Wayne O'Kelley and his wife Vickie of Hiawassee; grandchildren, Chad Thomason of Toccoa, Brandon O'Kelley and his wife Hailey of Lakemont, Jessica O'Kelly of Gainesville, and Marlee Gilmore of Hiawassee; great-grandchildren, Wesley O'Kelley and Madilyn O'Kelley of Lakemont.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce O'Kelley; son-in-law, Jack Thomason; sister, Dorothy Westbrook Mullinax; and her brothers, Frank Westbrook, Gerald Westbrook, and William Westbrook.

The family will have a private graveside service at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating.  Burial will follow.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be having a public service or visitation.
