Mr. Larry O'Neal Hicks, age 62, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his home.

Born January 1, 1959 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Ray Hicks and Mildred "Polly" Payne Hicks McMinn.

Family members include his brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Louise Hicks of Toccoa; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Gregg Bell of Toccoa; sister-in-law, Barbara Hicks of Toccoa; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hicks.

Graveside services will be held at four o'clock Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Tates Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating.

Burial will follow.
