Mrs. Joyce Ann Cleveland Cobb, age 71, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born July 25, 1950 in Royston, GA, she was a daughter of the late Heyward Owen and Joyce Fowler Cleveland.

She was of the Christian faith and retired from American Woodmark.

Family members include her sons and daughter-in-law, Chad and Buffy Cobb of Toccoa, and Christopher Terry Cobb of Martin; a sister, Brenda Berral of Toccoa; seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Elrod.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 2pm – 3pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at three o'clock, Saturday, February 12, 2022 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with Pastor Scott Collett officiating.
