Mr. Jimmy Hal Cheek, age 63, of Sherman, Texas, formerly of Eastanollee, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022 in Texas.  Born September 25, 1958 in Stephens County, he was a son of the late James Ralph Cheek and the late Flora Mae Segars Cheek, and was the brother of the late Charlie Ray Cheek. He was a graduate of Stephens County High School and was self-employed at Cheek and Son Drywall.  He is survived by his son, Brandon Cheek of Sherman, TX and his soul-mate, Karen Fraser; sisters, Peggy Westbrook, Vera Watson, Helen Haslap and Martha Hewitt;  his brothers, Billy Joe Cheek and Brenda Anderson, Raymond Cheek and Barbara; aunts, Sue Scott, Willie Sue Segars Pulliam, and Virginia Segars Brownlee; 8 nieces, 8 nephews, and numerous cousins.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers and sign the on-line guestbook at www.whitlockmortuary.net .  This announcement is courtesy of Whitlock Mortuary, Funerals and Cremations for Jimmy Hal Cheek.
