Mrs. Janice Elaine Flanagan Leitgeb, age 68, of Toccoa passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her home.

Born August 17, 1956  in Gainesville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Mamie Hulsey Flanagan.

Mrs. Leitgeb worked in Quality Control for Dundee Mills for 25+ years, and was a member of The Pointe Church.  She was a prayer warrior, loved the Lord, her family and gospel music.

Family members include her husband, Robert "Bob" Leitgeb of the home; son, Richard Grier (Tammy), of Lula, GA; daughter, Amy Louise Strickland, of Cornelia, GA; step-daughter, Linda Leitgeb Tucker, of Oklahoma; step-son, John Leitgeb, of Nevada; sisters, Sheila Harkins (Mickey), Barbara Whitt (Clyde) and Louise Hicks (Billy); brother, Lamar Mangrum (Wanda); five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lynn Delong.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 5pm – 7pm Friday, February 21, 2025.

The family will host a Memorial Service at one o'clock Monday, February 24, 2025, at The Pointe Church.  Brian Burchfield, gospel singer and evangelist, will be officiating.
