Mr. James Edward Segars, age 52, of Toccoa passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at his home.

Born January 22, 1972, in Toccoa, he was the son of the late David Segars and Elizabeth Hix Simpson.

Family members include his son, Ely Bye of Eastanollee; sister, Sara Ballenger of Toccoa; brothers, William Wade Segars of Maysville, GA and Jeff Segars of Nicholson, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
