Mr. James Vernon Moore, age 78, of Eastanollee, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at The Clary Care Center in Toccoa, GA.

Born March 27, 1944 in Toccoa, GA he was the son of the late James Mira "Pete" and Nannie Lee Voyles Moore.

He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, was a four year veteran of The United States Air Force and was a retired engineer from Windstream.  Vernon adored his grandsons and enjoyed teaching them outdoor life.

Family members include his wife, Frenda Wilborn Moore; a son and daughter-in-law, Geromy and Nicole Lanich; two grandsons Joe and Grayson; mother-in law Donna Wilborn; sister-in law Louise Moore; and several nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Lacidus Moore Lyle and a brother, Dillard Moore.

Mr. Moore's wishes were to be cremated.

Burial will be at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
