Mr. Horace "Glenn" Gower, Jr., age 85, of Toccoa, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026 at the Clary Care Center.

Born December 13, 1940 in Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Horace Glenn Gower, Sr. and Charlotte Beryl Solberg Gower.

Mr. Gower was a film processor at Eastman Kodak, and was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Family members include his daughters, Reed McCroskey (Randall) of Toccoa and Amy Stephens (Vic) of Seminole, FL; grandchildren, Chad McCroskey (Kaitlyn), Lauren Kirby (Hunter), Peyton Stephens (Ali), Noah Stephens and Jackson Stephens; great-grandchildren, Camden Clark, Ada McCroskey, Titus Kirby, Callahan McCroskey and Rory Stephens; brother, David Gower (Glenda); and sister, Sharon Gower.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Kay Attaway Gower.

His wishes were to be cremated.  No services are planned at this time.
