Mr. Gregory Allen Smith, age 56, of Ocala, FL, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born April 18, 1964 in Dayton, OH, he is the son of Grace Caraway Smith and the late Grover Allen Smith, USAF Retired.

He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Ocala.  Mr. Smith received a Masters' degree from Indiana University and also from The Richmont Graduate University.  He was a child counselor for Laurel Heights for several years.  He enjoyed playing the piano, the auto harp, and bird watching, and loved to cook especially baking.

Family members include his mother Grace Caraway Smith, three sons Joel R. Smith, Eli K. Smith and Jacob M. Smith, and a sister Kimberly M. Smith.

Mr. Smith's wishes were to be cremated.  No services are planned at this time.
