Mr. Glenn Garner, age 90, of Toccoa, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home.

Born December 26, 1929, he was the son of the late Lonnie and Lizzie Whitlock Garner.

He was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church and retired from the Stephens County Road Department.  Glenn also worked at WABCO for many years.

Family members include his wife, Betty Cox Garner of the home; son Richard Garner and his companion, Paige Franklin; several cousins, other family members, and friends.

Glenn was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Geneva and Coy Howard.

Graveside services will be held at two o'clock Friday, November 20, 2020 at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Ken Jackson and the Rev. Leon Miller officiating.

Burial will follow.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Allen Whitlock, Dennis Thomason, Harlan Martin, Tom Jarrett, Michael Jarrett, and Stiles Strickland.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 12 noon until 1:30 pm on Friday.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed.  Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.

Flowers are optional.  Those desiring may make memorial donations to Rock Creek Baptist Church, 3729 Rock Creek Road, Toccoa, GA 30577.
