Mrs. Edna "Faye" Howe Peeples, age 85, of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at her home.

Born on March 16, 1939 in Carnesville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Grady and Alice Norton Howe.

Mrs. Peeples was a Color Matcher at Coats American, and retired with 44 years of service.  She was a member of Eastanollee Baptist Church.  She loved gardening, traveling with the Senior Center and having her hair and nails done, and she loved the Lord.

Family members include her daughter, Kimberly Nichols (Jimmy) of Toccoa; granddaughters, Brandy Rogers (Tony) and Krystle Walker; great-grandchildren, Kylee Rogers, Bryson Rogers, Luke Parham, Lexi Parham and Levi Walker; great-great-granddaughter, Vayda Lacy; sister, Jay Crump; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Kenneth Peeples, and sister, Helen Payne.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 5pm - 7pm Friday, December 6, 2024.

Funeral services will be held at Three-thirty Saturday, December 7, 2024 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Ricky McFarlin officiating.

Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers:  Jimmy Nichols, Tony Rogers, Corey Sessoms, Luke Parham, Mark Addison and Dale Crump.  Levi Walker will serve as honorary pallbearer.
