Mr. Ezra Tillman Lanier, age 89, of Eastanollee, GA, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at his daughter's home.

Born April 21, 1933 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Will Thomas and Myrtie Cheek Lanier.

He was a member of Eastanollee Baptist Church and was retired from Toccoa Casket Company.

Family members include his daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Ben Glaze of Eastanollee; son-in-law, Ricky Woodall; grandchildren, Hillary Woodall, Alan and Amy Glaze, and Matt and Jennifer Glaze; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Smith Lanier; his daughter, Gloria Lanier Woodall; brothers, Thomas Lanier, Charlie Lanier, and Joe Lanier; and his sister, Grace Davis.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 1pm until the service on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Saturday, August 13, 2022 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Ricky McFarlin and the Rev. Wayne Marcus officiating.

Burial will follow at Eastanollee Baptist Church Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Alan Glaze, Matt Glaze, Kaleb Glaze, Hal Glaze, Terry Medlin, and Tom Barnes.

Tillman's Bojangles' Friends will serve as honorary pallbearers.
