Mr. Everage Bobby Payne, age 79, of Toccoa passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at Mountain View Health Care in Clayton, GA.

Born July 30, 1944 in Cramerton, NC, he was the son of the late Everage Terrell and Lucille Maney Payne.

Mr. Payne was a self-employed truck driver, and was a United States Navy Veteran.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
