Mr. Edwin Douglas Morris, age 85, of Toccoa, GA, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born April 25, 1936 in Schenectady, New York, he was a son of the late Douglas Samuel and Helen Morris. He was of the Christian faith and was self-employed.

Family members include his wife, Ann Morris of the home; daughters and sons in law, Cathy and Gary Hebert, of Toccoa, Elizabeth and Gary Kirst, of Ogden, Utah, Robyn and Bill Dewitz, of Greenville, SC; sons and a daughter in law, Doug and Carla Morris, of Toccoa, and David Morris of Niagra Falls, New York; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nephews.   He was preceded in death by a brother Richard Morris.

Mr. Morris wishes were to be cremated.

The family will receive friends at the Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall from 1pm until the service hour on Saturday, January 15, 2022.

A memorial service will be held at two o'clock Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the Presbyterian Church with Pastor Roland Vega officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Toccoa First Presbyterian Church, 105 East Tugalo Street, Toccoa, GA 30577.
