Mrs. Dorothy Lee Scott McCall, age 91, of Toccoa passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025 at her home, with her youngest son by her side.

She was born April 18, 1934 in Stephens County, where she lived all her life.  She was the daughter of the late John Henry and Ida Bell Sullens Scott.

Mrs. McCall worked as a dietician for 30 years with the Stephens County School System.  She was a life long member of Toccoa Creek Baptist Church.  She loved to travel and go on cruises.  She and her husband love spending time with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family members include her two sons, Charles William McCall (Patsy Ann) of Eastanollee, and Roger Anthony McCall (Kathy Ann) of Toccoa; grandchildren, William Todd McCall (Jennifer), Selena Lee McCall and Brittany Ann McCall; great-grandchildren, Bentley McCall, Kendall McCall and Kyle McCall; brother, Hoyt Scott; and brother-in-law, Billy Ray Collins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willaim Max McCall; sister, Betty Collins; and brothers, Bud Scott, Bern Scott and Horace Scott.

The family will not have a public visitation.

A private graveside service will be held at Stephens Memorial Gardens.

Roger McCall and Elliott Bond will serve as pallbearers.
