Deborah Ann Osborne Stowe, age 60, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Stephens County Hospital.

Born October 25, 1959 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Marion Osborne, Jr. and the late Elizabeth Caudell Lee.

She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith.  Deborah was a United State Army Veteran.

Family members include her sister, Brenda Painter of Cornelia; brothers, Wayne Osborne and Connie of LaGrange and Keith Osborne and Josh of Lawrenceville, her son, Wesley Marion Stowe of Sugar Hill, GA; nephews, Toby and Amy Painter, John Painter, and Tim and Pam Painter; niece, Kim Painter; great-nieces, Brittany Painter and Heather Painter; great-nephew,

Cody Tench and a great-step-nephew, Joe Davidson.

Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be receiving friends or having a public service at this time.

The family will have a private graveside service at Roselane Cemetery.
