Mrs. Debora Ann Wilbanks Powers, age 66, of Toccoa passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025 at her home.

Born October 20, 1958 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Dwain and Lillian Pulliam Wilbanks.

Mrs. Powers was a certified Nurse Assistant at Stephens County Hospital and she was of the Christian faith.

Family members include her brothers, Danny Wilbanks and Jon Wilbanks; her sister, Lorie Wilbanks; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Powers, and her sister, Jean Bramlett.

The family will have a private inurnment at a later date.
