Mr. David C. White, age 75, of Martin, GA passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

Born May 9, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Carl and Bernice Huntsman White.

Mr. White was a former dispatcher for Bulldog Trucking, and he was a United States Marine Veteran.  He loved to fish and work on classic cars, and he loved animals.  Above all, he loved his family dearly and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Family members include his daughter, Dena Lunsford (Jeffrey) of Toccoa; his son, Donald C. White of Martin, GA; grandchildren, Hannah Marie Lunsford, Megan Lee Lunsford and Andrew Dalton White; and his best friend, Harvey Maddox.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Lee Wright White; and his brother, Ronald White.

A Graveside Service will be held at two o'clock Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Bradley Collins officiating.  Inurnment will follow.
