Mr. Danny Andrew Ragan, age 67, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022.

Born September 20, 1955 in Chamblee, GA, he is the son of the late George Wilburn and Myra Brown Ragan.

He was a United States Air Force Veteran and he was in the Georgia Air National Guard for 14 years. Danny flew around the world 4 times. He loved people and was a great friend to any one he met. Danny was at his best when building anything from furniture to homes and was happiest when cooking for and sharing a meal with friends. Most of all he loved his country.

Family members include his wife, Patricia "Patty" Donaldson Ragan; brother, Don Ragan (Wanda); sisters, Sue Ragan Griffith and Karen Ragan Lahmeyer (Stan Wruble); mother-in-law and father-in-law, William B. and Patricia P. Donaldson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lincoln and Lisa Blackwood; nephew, Clint Griffith; nieces, Marla O'Donnell and Shelley Ragan Gordon; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his niece, Stacy Lynn Mackel.

The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
