Mrs. Clara Ruth Canady Roach, age 76, of Toccoa, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at The Bell Minor Home in Gainesville, Georgia.

Born April 5, 1944 in Hartwell, GA, she was the daughter of the late Edwin Canady and Orlena Rice Webb.

She was a member of the Christian Faith and was a caregiver.

Family members include her daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Scott Sprayberry of Homer, GA; grandchildren, Gray and Kristina Lunsford of Royston, GA, Grace Lunsford of Homer, GA, Gatlin Lunsford of Homer, GA, Zack Sprayberry of Jefferson, GA, and Parker Sprayberry of Homer, GA; great-grandchildren, Brayson Lunsford of Athens, GA, Blakeley Bird of Athens, GA, Peyton Lunsford of Royston, GA, and Jett Jones of Homer GA; and a nephew, Edward Canady of Florida.

She was preceded in death by a brother Troy Canady.

Graveside services will be held at eleven o'clock Monday, August 3, 2020 at Hudson River Baptist Church Cemetery in Commerce, GA., with the Reverend Dr. Tommy Childress officiating.

Burial will follow.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Scott Sprayberry, Zack Sprayberry, Gray Lunsford, Parker Sprayberry, Gatlin Lunsford, and Devin Welborn.
