Mr. Charles Edgar Ritcey, age 81, of Toccoa, GA, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at his Home.

Born May 12, 1939 in Lake Worth Florida to William and Ethel Shakespear Ritcey.

He was a member of Carnes Creek Baptist Church where he was a member of the Adult Men's Sunday School Class and the Church Choir.  Charles loved to sing and was a member of the Singing Saints.  Mr. Ritcey was retired from the Coca Cola Company.

Charles was preceded in death by his daughter, Elaine Moler; his granddaughter, Becky Moler; and his sister, Louise Ann Warren.

He is survived by wife, Eloise Whitworth Ritcey; son and daughter-in-law, David and Laura Ritcey; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Harold Culbreth; grandchildren. Justin and Jenny Ritcey, Michael and Ashley Ritcey, Daniel Culbreth, Stephen and Kayla Culbreth, and David Culbreth; great-granddaughters, McKinley Ritcey, Ava Ritcey, and Ella Culbreth; brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ritcey of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private graveside service at Carnes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Carnes Creek Baptist Church, 1655 Carnes Creek Road, Toccoa, GA 30577.
