Mr. Charles Asa Jordan, age 85, of Eastanollee passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025, at his home.

Born December 23, 1939 in Eastanollee, he was the son of the late Asa Roy and Annie Ivalee Stamey Jordan.

Mr. Jordan retired from the Toccoa Casket Company with 35 years of service, and was a member of Martin Baptist Church.  He loved the Lord, his family and friends, and his church.  He was a cattle farmer and avid hunter, and enjoyed gardening and watching football and basketball.

Family members include his wife of 63 years, Lucy Faith Teasley Jordan; daughter, Tammy Jordan; grandchildren, Tony Richardson (Laurene), Tabitha Smith (Joe) and Nikki Jones (Chris); great-grandchildren, Abel, Thad, Micah, Phillip and Carly Richardson, Annie and Madison Smith, and Connor and Chloe Jones; brother, Denny Leon Jordan (Linda); three sisters-in-law, Anneliese Teasley, Jane Teasley Veal and Betty Thrasher Teasley; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Roy Jordan.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 1pm – 3pm Thursday, February 13, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Thursday, February 13, 2025 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with Pastor Roger Whiten and Pastor Mark Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens.

Mark Aderholdt, Keith Crawford, Mark Henderson, Paul Juday, Larry Kirkland and Steve McFarlin will serve as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers are his great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Martin Baptist Church, 750 Red Hollow Road, Martin, GA  30557.
