Mrs. Carol Ann Justus DeFoor, age 67, of Toccoa, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at her home.

Born on December 10, 1955 in Hinesville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Jake and Mary Sara Hazelhurst Demming Justus.

She was of the Baptist faith, and was a registered nurse.  The DeFoors have been together for 23 years.                                            .

Family members include her husband, Dale Ray DeFoor; niece Kerry Wilbanks; nephew Kelly Wilbanks; special nieces Chelsea Rhoda, Rylie Rollins and Abbigail Ash; special nephew Jacob Rollins; and several other great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Jane Willis and Beth Wilbanks; niece Helen Gay Thompson; and nephews Wade Swift and Gene Wilbanks.

The family will have a private celebration at a later date.
