Mrs. Brenda Carnes Smith, age 75, of Toccoa passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at her home.

Born February 25, 1948 in Toccoa, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Gathel Thomas Carnes.

Mrs. Smith was a beautician, and a member of Christ Fellowship.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She loved Slim Jims and Pepsi.

Family members include her son, Stevan Smith (Amy) of Toccoa; grandchildren, Brittany Pritchett (Jason) and Clayton Smith (Brooke); great-grandchildren, Blakely Pritchett, Emmie-Rose Pritchett and Harper Pritchett; and a special great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wesley Smith, and her sister, Glenda Carnes.

A memorial service will be held at three o'clock Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Christ Fellowship with Pastor Scott Collett officiating.
