Mrs. Betty Allen Ramage, age 97, of Toccoa passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Clary Center.  She was married to Joseph Jackson Ramage, Sr. (deceased).

Born May 20, 1927 in Newnan, GA, she was the daughter of the late Wiley Marvin and Margaret Alzeda Doster Allen.

Mrs. Ramage was born and grew up in Newnan, GA.  When she was in high school, her family moved to East Point, GA, where she met her husband, and they married.  She was a housewife and switchboard operator for the National Bank of Georgia.  She was a member of the College Park First United Methodist Church.

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Joseph Jackson "Jack" Ramage, Sr.  Survivors include her daughter, Angela Ramage, of Toccoa; son, Jay Ramage (Tracy), of Dawsonville, GA; grandchildren, Abigail Ruth Ramage and Grant Reece Ramage (Ivy); great-granddaughter, Rylee Michelle Ramage; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service for immediate family will be held at a later date.
